General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the website www.anikastyle.fr, located in 78280 Guyancourt – France, email: contact@anikastyle.fr
The customer declares having read and accepted the general terms and conditions of sale prior to placing their order. Validation of the order therefore constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Article 1: Product, Availability and Our Offers
Anika Style offers ready-to-wear items or unsewn fabric, accessories, and jewelry for women. Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). Each product includes a product sheet with detailed information. In the event of an unintentional error, our responsibility cannot be engaged. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website and within the limits of available stock. If an item ordered is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email or telephone. A refund will be issued within 7 business days if necessary.
Article 2: Orders
All orders placed on www.anikastyle.fr imply full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Orders require the creation of a customer account with complete personal information.
Article 3: Prices
All prices displayed on the site are in euros and include all taxes (VAT included). It is recommended to keep the invoice for any exchange or refund request.
Article 4: Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation, via the chosen carrier. A tracking link will be sent by email. Free delivery from €100 with Mondial Relay (France only).
- Mondial Relay: Delivery to pickup point or home within 2 to 4 business days (France, Austria, Germany, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Netherlands)
- Colissimo: Home delivery within 48 to 72 hours (France only)
Article 5: Invoicing
An invoice is generated for each order and sent by email on the shipping day.
Article 6: Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit card via a secure server, or through PayPal.
Article 7: Product Returns
In accordance with Article L221-21 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to return an item from the date of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags. Non-compliant returns may be refused or refunded partially.
A refund (excluding shipping costs) or a store credit valid for 6 months may be requested. Return costs are at the customer's expense, except in the event of an error on our part (in which case a return label may be requested).
Jewelry returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

In case of a dispute, the customer may contact our customer service at the following address: contact@anikastyle.fr. These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
